The mission of Greenwich Chaplaincy Services (GCS) is to provide pastoral and spiritual care to the residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the town of Greenwich, as well as to the residents' families and the staff of the facilities.
Greenwich Chaplaincy Services was founded in 1968 by the Greenwich Fellowship of Clergy.
GCS is managed by a Board of Directors made up of volunteer clergy and lay people from the community.

GCS is a non-profit organization supported wholly by donations from local churches and synagogues, private donations and foundation grants.
