(Lead Chaplain)

Jennifer came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services in the Fall of 2022. She completed her chaplaincy training at three different healthcare facilities in New York and Connecticut, and she also served on the spiritual care teams of both Greenwich and Stamford Hospitals. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Jennifer has been an ordained rabbi for over 26 years, and in March of 2026, received her Doctor of Divinity degree from the Jewish Theological Seminary. She is on the executive board of the Greenwich Fellowship of Clergy and is an active congregant at Westchester Jewish Center in Mamaroneck, NY, where she lives with her husband, her two daughters, and her rescue dog.

JENNY BYXBEE

(Chaplain)

Jenny came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services in the Winter of 2026 after training as a chaplain at Norwalk Hospital. A graduate of Chicago Theological Seminary, Jenny is also the Minister of Care and Connection at Second Congregational Church in Greenwich. As she continues her lifelong mission of turning faith into community action, she remains involved in advocacy with the Hearing Loss Association of America. One of her all-time favorite activities is being a guest reader at Teddy Bear Story Time at Coffee For Good. Jenny lives in Greenwich with her husband and two daughters.

ELIZABETH CRADDOCK

(Chaplain)

Elizabeth (Lizzie) came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services as a chaplain intern in the Fall of 2018 after completing her chaplaincy training at Norwalk Hospital. Originally from the UK, Lizzie is a graduate of the University of Bristol. She started her career as an attorney, before moving to Connecticut with her family. She has been a board member of the Greenwich Leadership Forum and served as a deacon and in other volunteer capacities at Stanwich Church. A mother to two adult daughters, Lizzie is also a proud new grandmother to her rambunctious grandson, and lives with her husband, her two cats, and dog in Greenwich.

SUE NEUMANN

(Chaplain)

Sue came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services in the Summer of 2021 after training as a Chaplain at Stamford Hospital.  A graduate of Korea University in Seoul, Sue is originally from South Korea and has lived in various countries around the world. She settled in Greenwich 28 years ago with her family, and these days, splits her time between Miami and Greenwich. She was an active member at Stanwich Church, where she sang in the choir, served as an elder and care minister, and led Bible Study. She was also the president of Olivine Gabbro, a local fashion brand. A mother to three adult daughters, Sue lives with her husband and dog.

GENISE ARIA REID, ED.D.

Genise Aria Reid, Ed.D., a native New Yorker, serves as an administrative consultant to nonprofit institutions and agencies. She is also a published author, having written several devotional books, articles, and small group studies for faith-based and faith-friendly organizations.
